Amini Music — AI, Rights & Creative Production Policy

Version 2.0 · Replaces version 1.0 of 5 September 2026

In short

  • We make music with human creative direction. AI-assisted tools may be used in parts of the creative and production process; the degree differs per work.
  • We do not set out to reproduce other people's protected works, and we do not clone or imitate identifiable performers' voices without permission.
  • Some releases appear under fictional artist names. They are artistic creations, not real people, and are identified as Amini Music projects on this site.
  • We only upload source material to generative tools when we have the rights or permission to do so.
  • If you believe a release uses your work, performance or voice without permission, write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We review every credible notice.
  • This summary is for convenience. The full text below applies.

1. Purpose and scope

Amini Music B.V. develops, produces, releases and evaluates music and other creative works. As part of its creative, production and research processes, Amini Music may use artificial intelligence and other computational tools.

These technologies may be used for purposes including ideation, experimentation, composition assistance, arrangement, sound design, vocal production, editing, transformation, mixing, visual development, prototyping and creative research.

The degree and nature of technological assistance may differ substantially between individual works. Some works may contain extensive human authorship and limited AI assistance, while other works may incorporate more substantial generative elements.

Nothing in this Policy constitutes a representation that any particular work, recording or element thereof is wholly or predominantly AI-generated.

Amini Music regards artificial intelligence as a creative and production technology. Its use does not alter Amini Music's commitment to respecting intellectual property rights, neighbouring rights, personality rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights of creators, performers and third parties.

2. Human creative involvement

Amini Music projects may involve human creative contributions including, without limitation:

  • original lyrics;
  • melodies and musical ideas;
  • concepts and narratives;
  • creative direction;
  • structural and arrangement decisions;
  • prompt design and iterative instruction;
  • selection and rejection of generated material;
  • editing and modification;
  • recording and performance;
  • sound design;
  • production decisions;
  • mixing and mastering;
  • visual identity;
  • sequencing and compilation.

The existence and extent of copyright or other protection in any individual element of a work is determined by applicable law and the facts of the relevant production.

Amini Music expressly reserves all copyrights, neighbouring rights, database rights, trademark rights, producer rights and other rights that may subsist in its works, recordings, productions, compilations and associated materials.

No statement in this Policy constitutes a waiver, abandonment or disclaimer of any such rights.

3. Generative AI and third-party works

Amini Music does not intentionally instruct generative systems to reproduce protected third-party works without appropriate authorisation.

In particular, as a matter of policy, Amini Music does not intentionally use generative tools for the purpose of reproducing a substantial or recognisable protected part of a third-party musical composition, lyrics or sound recording unless the relevant use is authorised by the rightsholder or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

General references to musical genres, eras, production techniques, moods, instrumentation, abstract aesthetic characteristics and other unprotected ideas or characteristics may be used as part of the creative process where lawful.

Where Amini Music becomes aware that generated material may unintentionally reproduce protected third-party material, the matter will be reviewed in accordance with the procedure in sections 11 to 14.

4. Voices, performers and identity

Amini Music does not intentionally create, commission or use an unauthorised digital replica or voice clone of an identifiable third-party performer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and appropriately authorised, Amini Music does not intentionally instruct generative systems to reproduce the identity or distinctive voice of an identifiable third-party performer.

Generative music systems may independently produce synthetic voices possessing characteristics that resemble natural human voices. Given the nature of generative technologies and the large number and variety of existing human voices, an unintended resemblance between a synthetic voice and an existing person or performer may occur.

Such unintended resemblance is not sought by Amini Music.

Amini Music does not represent a synthetic or generated performance as having been performed, approved or endorsed by an identifiable third party unless this is factually correct and appropriately authorised.

Amini Music will not knowingly market a release by exploiting an unauthorised resemblance to an identifiable performer.

Where Amini Music becomes aware of a credible allegation that a synthetic or manipulated voice has a high degree of similarity to an identifiable person and may reasonably be perceived as an authentic performance by that person, Amini Music will review the matter promptly.

5. Fictional artists and project identities

Some Amini Music releases appear under fictional artist names or project identities, such as virtual bands, characters or personas created for a particular creative world.

Such identities are artistic creations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not presented as real persons, and a release under such an identity is not a representation that the music was performed by a natural person of that name.

On its own channels, including this website, Amini Music identifies such projects as Amini Music ventures or project identities. Platform profiles may present the identity in character as part of the artistic work; this Policy and the venture pages on aminimusic.nl provide the context.

Before adopting a new artist or project name, Amini Music takes reasonable steps to avoid names likely to cause confusion with an existing artist, trademark or identifiable person in the relevant market.

A fictional identity is not intended to imitate, represent or refer to any real performer. Any resemblance to an existing person, name or identity is unintended, and may be reported under section 11.

6. No implied affiliation or endorsement

Unless expressly stated, the appearance of stylistic, vocal, musical or other similarities does not imply:

  • participation by any third-party artist or performer;
  • approval by any third-party artist or performer;
  • endorsement by any third-party artist or performer;
  • sponsorship;
  • collaboration;
  • authorisation;
  • affiliation; or
  • association with Amini Music.

Artist names, titles, artwork, metadata and promotional materials should not be interpreted as suggesting such a relationship unless Amini Music expressly confirms that relationship.

7. AI transparency

Amini Music seeks to comply with applicable transparency requirements, including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), including the transparency obligations of Article 50 where applicable.

The use of AI-assisted production technology does not in itself mean that a work constitutes a "deep fake" or that a particular statutory disclosure requirement applies.

Where applicable law requires disclosure that particular content has been artificially generated or manipulated, Amini Music will make an appropriate disclosure taking into account the nature of the work, the context in which it is presented and any applicable provisions for artistic, creative, fictional or analogous works.

Amini Music may also voluntarily provide transparency regarding the use of artificial intelligence where doing so contributes to responsible use of the technology.

Such disclosure does not constitute an admission that:

  • the relevant content infringes any third-party right;
  • the content constitutes a statutory deepfake;
  • artificial intelligence is the sole or predominant creator of the work;
  • copyright does not subsist in the work;
  • Amini Music lacks copyright or neighbouring rights;
  • any particular training material was used in creating the relevant output; or
  • an identifiable person has been imitated.

8. Source material and uploads

Amini Music's policy is to upload third-party material to generative systems only where it has determined that it possesses or has obtained the rights, licences, permissions or other legal basis reasonably required for the intended use.

Particular care is taken in relation to:

  • third-party master recordings;
  • isolated vocals;
  • stems;
  • performances;
  • voice recordings;
  • recordings of live performances, rehearsals and events, including the contributions of the performers involved;
  • copyrighted compositions;
  • copyrighted lyrics;
  • commissioned works;
  • licensed library material; and
  • material subject to contractual restrictions.

The mere availability of material online or through a streaming service is not treated as authorisation to upload that material to a generative AI system.

9. Experimental and research use

Amini Music may release music as part of creative research, product development, audience testing, market validation and experimentation.

Such use may include evaluating musical concepts, artistic identities, genres, arrangements, audience response and commercial potential.

The experimental nature of a release does not in itself exempt Amini Music from applicable intellectual property or other law.

Conversely, release of experimental material should not be interpreted as a representation that Amini Music intends to exploit every such work indefinitely or as a material source of streaming revenue.

10. Amini Labs publications

Amini Music publishes notes, reports and essays about its creative research ("Amini Labs" and "Notes"). These publications describe working methods, decisions, results and opinions in general terms.

They are editorial and informative in nature. They are not a technical or legal description of how any specific release was made, and they do not characterise the copyright status, authorship or origin of any particular work. Section 7 (disclosure is not an admission) and section 22 (reservation of rights) apply equally to these publications.

Essays on legal and policy developments reflect the views of the author at the time of writing and do not constitute legal advice.

11. Rights notification procedure

Amini Music takes credible rights concerns seriously.

If you are a creator, performer, rightsholder or authorised representative and reasonably believe that material released or controlled by Amini Music:

  1. reproduces a protected work or recording without authorisation;
  2. contains or reproduces your protected performance;
  3. constitutes an unauthorised digital replica or sufficiently identifiable imitation of your voice or identity;
  4. falsely suggests your participation, endorsement or affiliation; or
  5. otherwise infringes a right belonging to you,

you are invited to contact Amini Music at:

This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please include, where reasonably possible:

  • your full name and contact details;
  • whether you are the rightsholder or an authorised representative;
  • identification of the work, performance, voice, recording or other subject matter concerned;
  • identification or link to the Amini Music release concerned;
  • a description of the alleged infringement or resemblance;
  • information demonstrating your rights or authority;
  • where relevant, identification of the specific passages or timestamps concerned;
  • where relevant, reference material demonstrating the alleged similarity; and
  • the remedy you are requesting.

Providing this information enables Amini Music to investigate efficiently and does not prejudice any rights of either party.

12. Review of notifications

Upon receipt of a sufficiently specific and credible notification, Amini Music may, depending on the circumstances:

  • acknowledge receipt;
  • request additional information;
  • preserve relevant production and provenance records;
  • review source material, prompts, recordings, versions and production history;
  • conduct an auditory, musical, legal or technical comparison;
  • consult the relevant AI provider, distributor or professional advisers;
  • temporarily suspend promotional activity;
  • replace or modify a vocal, recording or other element;
  • temporarily restrict availability;
  • voluntarily remove content; or
  • reject a complaint where Amini Music concludes that it is unsupported.

The appropriate response will depend on the nature, credibility and urgency of the allegation.

Amini Music is not required by this Policy to remove material solely because an allegation has been made.

13. Voluntary action is not an admission

Any voluntary suspension, alteration, replacement, restriction or removal of content by Amini Music is undertaken without prejudice and shall not, by itself, constitute an admission of:

  • infringement;
  • unlawfulness;
  • similarity;
  • identity;
  • copying;
  • access to a protected work;
  • liability;
  • fault;
  • damages; or
  • the validity or enforceability of the complaining party's claim.

Amini Music expressly reserves all rights and defences.

14. Unintended similarity

Generative technologies may produce outputs containing similarities to existing music, voices, sounds or other creative material without those similarities having been deliberately requested by the user.

The existence of a similarity does not necessarily establish copying, infringement, unlawful imitation or legal liability.

When evaluating a reported similarity, Amini Music may consider, among other circumstances:

  • the degree and specificity of the similarity;
  • whether allegedly protected elements are involved;
  • whether similarities concern unprotected genre conventions or common musical elements;
  • whether a third-party artist, work or recording was referenced during production;
  • whether third-party source material was uploaded;
  • the nature of instructions provided to the relevant system;
  • the production history;
  • independent human creative contributions;
  • the context of publication;
  • the likelihood that listeners would perceive an apparent performance as authentic;
  • whether any association or endorsement was suggested;
  • evidence concerning the origin of the generated material; and
  • applicable law.

15. Artificial voices and notice

If you reasonably believe that a synthetic voice appearing in an Amini Music release possesses such a high degree of similarity to your voice that listeners could reasonably and incorrectly believe that you performed the recording, you are encouraged to contact Amini Music.

Amini Music will assess credible reports in good faith.

The existence of this reporting mechanism does not imply that Amini Music accepts that an individual has an exclusive legal right over every voice possessing similar characteristics, timbre, range, accent, phrasing or vocal style.

Nor does it constitute an acknowledgment that any particular generated voice is derived from, modelled upon or based on any particular individual.

16. Fraudulent or abusive notices

Amini Music reserves the right to reject notices that are manifestly unfounded, misleading, fraudulent, abusive or insufficiently substantiated.

Persons submitting notices are responsible for the accuracy of material statements they make concerning ownership, authorisation and the subject matter of their complaint.

Nothing in this section restricts any statutory right to submit a legitimate complaint or seek legal remedies.

17. Data protection

Information submitted in connection with a rights notification may be processed for purposes including:

  • investigating and responding to the notification;
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
  • maintaining compliance and provenance records;
  • communicating with relevant service providers, distributors, advisers or insurers; and
  • complying with legal obligations.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and Amini Music's privacy policy: [LINK /privacy].

Persons submitting highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information are requested not to provide more information than reasonably required to establish and investigate their claim.

18. Rights provenance and records

Amini Music may maintain internal documentation concerning the creation and production of releases.

Such documentation may include prompts, generation dates, project files, source materials, demos, revisions, human creative contributions, licences, subscription information, mastering records, release metadata and other provenance information.

These records are maintained for purposes including rights management, evidencing human authorship and creative contribution, investigating claims and complying with applicable law.

The existence of such records does not create a right of public access to them.

Amini Music reserves the right to protect confidential information, trade secrets, privileged communications and commercially sensitive information when responding to a claim.

19. Platform and provider requirements

Amini Music also seeks to comply with applicable contractual requirements of generative AI services, distributors, streaming services and other platforms used in its production and distribution processes.

Rights granted by an AI provider or distribution platform do not necessarily determine whether third-party intellectual property or personality rights exist.

Similarly, a platform's acceptance or removal of content does not itself constitute a legal determination regarding ownership, infringement or liability.

20. Changes in law and technology

The legal treatment of artificial intelligence, synthetic media, copyright, neighbouring rights and digital replicas is developing rapidly.

Amini Music therefore reviews its practices periodically and may amend this Policy in response to:

  • changes in applicable law;
  • regulatory guidance;
  • relevant case law;
  • technological developments;
  • industry standards;
  • platform requirements; or
  • experience arising from actual rights notifications.

The version and effective date stated above identify the applicable version of this Policy.

Version history: 1.0 — 5 September 2026. 2.0 — [DATE]: plain-language summary, rights contact, sections 5 and 10 added, section 8 expanded.

21. No creation of contractual rights

This Policy describes Amini Music's general practices and principles.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, this Policy does not constitute an offer, guarantee, warranty or contract with any third party and does not create independent contractual rights or causes of action.

Amini Music may depart from the procedures described in this Policy where reasonably necessary in light of the circumstances, applicable law, urgent harm, fraud, abuse, legal obligations or the protection of legitimate interests.

22. Reservation of rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any right, defence, exception or limitation available to Amini Music under applicable law.

Amini Music expressly reserves, where applicable, all rights relating to copyright, neighbouring rights, phonogram producer rights, trademarks, contractual rights, freedom of expression, artistic freedom and any applicable statutory exceptions or limitations.

Nothing in this Policy should be construed as an admission concerning the copyright status, authorship, originality or legal characterisation of any specific Amini Music release.
