Terms for Online Orders

1. Scope. These terms apply to orders placed through aminimusic.nl for the Music Venture Blueprint and the Strategy Session. Scans, Sprints, the Catalogue Accelerator and other services are provided on the basis of a separate proposal.
2. Prices and payment. Prices are in euros. For consumers, prices include VAT. Business prices may be shown excluding VAT with the VAT-inclusive amount alongside. Payment is made online via iDEAL or another method shown at checkout. The agreement is concluded when payment is confirmed.
3. The Blueprint.
- Delivery. The Blueprint is delivered digitally through a personal download link. The link works for 14 days and for up to 5 downloads. If the link has expired, write to us and we will send a new one.
- Licence. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your own organisation. You may not publish, resell or distribute the Blueprint or its templates. Completed worksheets are yours.
- Nature. The Blueprint is practical guidance, not legal, financial or tax advice.
4. The Strategy Session.
- Format. An online session of 90 minutes, followed by a written summary within three working days. After payment you receive a link to choose a time.
- Rescheduling. Free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- Nature. The session is a strategic and creative consultation. It is not legal, financial or tax advice and contains no guarantee of results.
5. Credits.
- Blueprint → Strategy Session: the price of the Blueprint is deducted from a Strategy Session booked with the personal code within 60 days of the Blueprint order.
- Strategy Session → Scan or Sprint: the price paid for the session, excluding VAT, is deducted from a Music Venture Scan or Venture Build Sprint agreed within 60 days of the session.
- Credits are personal, can be used once, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers).
- Blueprint (digital content): by ticking the box at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the download is made available. We confirm your consent and acknowledgement in the order confirmation email. If the Blueprint is defective or does not match its description, your statutory rights regarding conformity of digital content remain unaffected.
- Strategy Session (service): by ticking the box at checkout you request performance within the withdrawal period. You may withdraw within 14 days of ordering. If you do so before the session has taken place, we refund you in full. Once the session has taken place, the right of withdrawal has ended. The 48-hour rescheduling rule in article 4 applies outside the withdrawal period and to business customers.
7. Your material. We use material you send only to perform the order. We do not upload it to generative AI services and do not share it with third parties. We delete it no later than 12 months after delivery, unless you agree otherwise.
8. Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
