2. Prepare. A short questionnaire: your project, your question, links. Ten minutes of your time.
3. The session. 90 minutes online. We work on your question, not on a script.
4. The summary. Within three working days you receive one to two pages: what we found, the options, my recommendation and the next step.

• 90 minutes of focused attention on your project.
• A written summary you can share with partners or investors.
• One short follow-up question by email within 14 days.
