What exists. A project name, a musical profile, a colour world and a typographic name mark. Catch Your Love as focus single with a concept video. Three albums: Rebellious Perfume (seven tracks), Bad Advice (twelve tracks) and Fame Looks Ugly Up Close. A standalone Christmas single. Per-track Canvas scenes for the last two albums.
What we have learned. A world can exist before an audience does. A consistent identity steers creative choices. A visual constraint can turn a tool weakness into style. A project can move across releases without restarting each time. Production costs fell; decision costs did not. Rejecting twenty weak options is easy; reducing twenty good ones to one is the work.
What we do not know. Whether listeners recognise Neon Shelter as a world. Whether someone arriving via Bad Advice finds Rebellious Perfume. Whether the visual identity improves conversion. Whether the cost of developing a release actually falls; our records from the first phase are not good enough to show it. We are documenting, release by release, the human contributions and rights in each element: name and visual identity, lyrics, selection and arrangement, masters, artwork, video and metadata. On generated vocals we follow a set rule: no imitation prompts, no marketing that trades on resemblance, review when a resemblance is noticed, disclosure where appropriate, and a contact route for anyone who believes they hear one. That reduces risk; it does not remove it.
What changes now. Marketing shifts from producing more creatives to testing hypotheses: hook versus concept line, fashion versus performance, humour versus sensuality, the cherry versus a person. We judge on saves, follows and downstream listening, not views. We add artificial scarcity: a maximum song pool, a freeze date per album, a fixed number of cover rounds. And we commit to publishing an unfavourable result if that is what we get.
Next decision. [DATE] — after [DATA NEEDED: first listener and catalogue data], decide whether to continue, pause or close the world. Only if traction appears: decide what should become human (a vocalist, several vocalists, a live format, or none).
