Status

What exists:

  • a defined world with Diederik, Huis Cok, Reinout and Maerten, each with a clear role;
  • the heraldry, with a full and a simplified mark;
  • a 13-track working tracklist for Waar de Haan Waakt, with a fixed emotional order;
  • Tot de Haan Kraait: six tracks, a one-night running order and a planned release on 18 December 2026;
  • cover concepts for both releases, Spotify profile assets and nineteen short video concepts;
  • a design for a live court with earned coins and paid souvenirs.

What is not known:

  • whether the final masters are finished, for either release;
  • the release date of the album;
  • which videos have actually been produced;
  • any streams, listeners, saves or revenue;
  • production hours, number of iterations and direct costs;
  • whether visitors will take part in the court;
  • whether the products reinforce each other at all.

So far the experiment shows that one fictional world can produce a stack of connected creative products, and that the AI tools supported this across music, image and video. In practice, the hardest decisions were not about prompts. They were about rank, perspective, structure and what to leave out. It does not yet show that any of this is cheaper than a conventional route, or that anyone outside the workshop wants it.

What we would organise differently:

  • start a world bible and a versioned product register from day one;
  • keep video concepts separate from production prompts;
  • set out the research questions before the creative work grows;
  • test with outside listeners and visitors much earlier.

Next decision:

  • Release the EP with a measurement plan in place.
  • Finish the album masters and complete the rights documentation for every asset before release, including a check of the heraldry against existing marks.
  • Review the first results on [DATE].
  • Run a live pilot only if it answers a specific question.
  • No new characters or releases until there is data.

Status in one line: creative development substantially complete; market validation pending.
