Four hooded figures around a campfire on a grassy plain at dusk, a city skyline glowing on the horizon

Meat Energy

A faceless rock project that started with steak and fire and grew into a five-part world about being human.

The world

Meat Energy began with meat, fire and loud guitars, and a joke that was only just serious enough to be funny. Across five albums it became a cycle: Body, World, Mind, Future and, at Christmas, the Return. Maybe a band, maybe a collective; the ideas matter more than the faces. Across the albums and concept videos the same signs keep returning: fire, rain, a white feather, an old steakhouse, a neon city. Different centuries, same old flames.
